- Vegetable toppings: including bell peppers, onions, chillies, tomatoes and sweetcorn.
- Cheese: use a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. You can either shred/grate the cheese or use pre-shredded cheese.

How to Make Chickpea Flour Pizza
Step 1: Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl. Use a sieve to sift chickpea flour/gram flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the dried herbs (oregano, thyme and basil), salt and black pepper and minced garlic. Whisk to combine.
Step 2: Add the wet ingredients to make the pizza batter. Add water and olive oil and whisk to form a smooth batter.
Step 3: Cook the crust: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, grease with a little olive oil. Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it evenly to form a round base. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until the edges are set and bubbles form on the surface.
Step 4: Flip and cook. Flip the crust, cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Once cooked, set aside and repeat for the remainder of pizza batter.
Step 5: Decorate the pizzas: Spread a thin layer of seasoned tomato purée/tomato paste over the pizza crust.
Step 6: Add cheese. Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
Step 7: Add more toppings. Add your desired toppings including bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and chillies.
Step 8: Top with mozzarella cheese (and pinch of dried oregano - optional). Bake in an air fryer or oven. Transfer the pizzas to an air fryer (you may need to do these one at a time depending on the size of your air fryer). Air fry in a preheated air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden, and the crust is crispy. Alternatively, grill the top in an oven, at 220°C (430°F), until golden. Slice, serve hot and enjoy.

- ½ cup red onions chopped (or as desired)
- Optional chillies optional, sliced
- ½ cup tomatoes plum, cherry or regular tomatoes, chopped
- 3-4 tablespoon tomato puree/tomato paste or more as desired (optionally seasoned with a pinch of minced garlic, dried oregano and teaspoon olive oil)
