How to make this Indian Brussells sprouts recipe
- Heat olive oil in a large pan/skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add cumin seeds and cook for 20 seconds (the cumin seeds will start to crackle).
- Add garlic, ginger and chillies and mix for 5-10 seconds.
- Stir in the chopped onions. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes on low-medium heat, or until onions are translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and water and stir. Cover and cook for another 4 minutes. Once the tomatoes are cooked they will become soft.
- Add the chopped coriander/cilantro, spices and seasoning. Stir to combine, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the Brussels sprouts. Cover and cook for another 10-14 minutes, or until tender and cooked. Stir every few minutes to allow the sprouts to evenly cook. Once cooked, remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
