What you will need
To make this nice iced coffee you will need:
- Nespresso coffee capsules (or nespresso pods): you can use any capsule depending on your preference, look for espresso capsules for best results (coffee capsules designed to be made as an espresso).
- Strong iced coffee: I recommend using the Ristretto Italiano coffee capsule or Freddo Intenso coffee capsule for a stronger coffee taste.
- Light iced coffee: Alternatively, you can use Freddo Delicato or Volluto capsule for a lighter taste.
- Flavours: for flavoured iced coffee you can use any of the flavoured coffee capsules including coconut, caramel or hazelnut capsules.
- Ice cubes: to cool the coffee down.
- Milk: any milk of choice. I recommend using cold milk for the best results (avoid hot milk). You can use dairy (2%/semi-skimmed or full fat/whole milk) or non-dairy milk (including oat milk or almond milk).
- Water: you will need to add water to your Nespresso coffee machine to make the coffee.
- Optional – you can use any sweetener of choice including maple syrup or honey as desired. You can also top with chocolate shavings, whipped cream or cocoa powder for extra indulgence!
- Nespresso machine – you can use the original Nespresso machine with original capsules or the vertuo Nespresso machine with Vertuo capsules to make this iced coffee.
