1Garlic cloveminced (2 cloves for a stronger taste) (using a garlic press or mincer)
¼teaspoonDried oreganoor more to taste
¼teaspoonDried parsleyor more to taste
½teaspoonOlive oilextra virgin olive oil
PinchBlack pepper (freshly ground)optional

Instructions
Make the garlic butter mixture. In a small bowl, melt the butter (or soften) and add herbs and minced garlic. Mix to combine.
Brush sourdough bread with buttery mixture. You can brush double sided for extra indulgence!
Toast on preheated pan on low-medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Flip to toast the other side. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional), serve and and enjoy!

Preheat pan on low heat: this helps to toast the garlic bread evenly and give it a crispy texture without overcooking it.
