Mushroom Flatbread (Easy Recipe with Cheesy Mushrooms)

1homemade naan/flatbread(or store-bought naan/flatbread - medium size)
Instructions
Dry roast mushrooms in pan on medium/high heat for 5 minutes. You will notice the mushrooms becoming softer and releasing moisture.
Add oil, garlic and sauté mushrooms for 40 seconds.
Add the rosemary, chives and freshly ground black pepper and cook for another 20 seconds.
Pour in the milk and mix with mushrooms. Add in the shredded/grated cheese and mix to coat evenly. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, allowing the mushroom mixture to thicken and become creamy.
Add almond flour and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until thickened and creamy. Remove from heat.
Warm the flatbreads/naans in the grill or microwave for a few seconds, or until warm.
Spread mixture across surface of naan/flatbread. Cut into slices or mini bites and enjoy!
