Instructions
How to make Garlic Herb Butter Mixture
Melt butter in a pan or microwave (see notes).
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic and dried herbs (oregano and parsley). Taste and adjust according to preferences if desired.
How to make Garlic Flatbread
Warm the flatbreads/naans in the grill or microwave for a few seconds, or until warm.
Spread garlic butter herb mixture across surface of naan/flatbread (using a brush or spoon). Optional – add cheese if desired.
Grill on high heat for a few minutes or until crispy and slightly golden. If you are adding cheese – grill until the cheese has melted and become slightly golden. Cut into quarters or slices, serve fresh and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust garlic and herb mixture as desired: this recipe allows for extra herbs (or garlic) as desired! I recommend tasting the garlic and herb mixture before spreading onto naans/flatbreads.
Use fresh naan: for the best results use freshly made naan – which is soft and thin.
