Ingredients

broccoli head
broken into small florets (approx. 4 cups of broccoli florets)

garlic cloves
finely chopped

tablespoon
ginger sliced

cup
cashew nuts

teaspoon
dark soy sauce

tablespoon
sesame oil

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
sesame seeds

water
Instructions
Heat sesame oil and olive oil in a non-stick wok on high heat.
Add cashew nuts and roast for 20-25 seconds, or until slightly golden.
Add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for another 10-20 seconds.
Add the soy sauce and water and mix for a few seconds.
Add the broccoli and toss to combine. Garnish with sesame seeds! Serve with rice or couscous and enjoy!
