These chocolate granola clusters are scrumptious to eat and unbelievably quick and easy to make! Learn how to make these delicious, fun and healthy treats using leftover granola and chocolate!
Add granola into a bowl, ensure the bowl is completely dry.
Pour the melted chocolate over the granola,
Mix to combine using a silicone spatula.
Transfer the mixture evenly into silicone cupcake holders and place onto a tray. Freeze for at least 20 minutes to allow the chocolate clusters to set. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust sweetness – whether you are using homemade chocolate or store-bought chocolate, taste the mixture and if you prefer your clusters a little bit sweeter you can add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup to the mixture before adding into the cups for sweetness
Variations – you can add orange zest to the melted chocolate for a chocolate orange flavour!
Storage: These chocolate clusters can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for up to 3 months. Store in an air-tight container (which is freezer friendly) and label to keep track of your treats!
