Notes
Serve fresh with your favorite dipping sauce: serve hot and fresh for the best taste and texture. You can serve these homemade wedges with dips including mayonnaise, ranch dressing, guacamole or blender salsa.
Line tray with parchment/baking paper (or a baking sheet): this will help stop the sweet potato wedges from sticking to tray (and make less mess too)! Ensure the parchment/baking paper you use is heat-resistant (designed for baking).
Air fryer: avoid overcrowding the air fryer tray. This helps keep the wedges crispy and cook evenly as well as helping with air circulation. You can check the sweet potato wedges are cooked by placing a fork through one - they should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Serve fresh: Once cooked, remove from air fryer (so they don’t become soggy). Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
