Instructions
Add cottage cheese, strawberries and maple syrup into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve in small bowls or glasses, topped with fresh sliced strawberries. Optional: Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a cooler pudding.
Notes
Choose ripe strawberries:
