Add cottage cheese, mango pulp (or chopped ripe mango) and maple syrup into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve in small bowls or glasses, topped with fresh mango chunks, strawberries, fresh basil or nuts. Optional: Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a thicker pudding.
