Ingredients

oranges
peeled, deseeded and segmented

cranberries
fresh or frozen (see notes)

apples
cored and sliced

water

Instructions
Add water, cranberries oranges and apples into the blender. Add an ice cube.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. Pour into glasses, serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients
: For the best flavor, use fresh, ripe oranges and apples. Look for fresh good quality cranberries.
Cranberries:
If you are using frozen cranberries, omit the ice cube in this drink.
Remove seeds:
ensure seeds are removed from the oranges and apples. This prevents bitterness in the drink.
